New Academic Year, New Start!

As the new academic year begins, we are excited to announce the launch of our Education Leadership and Wellbeing Courses, tailored specifically for schools. At People First, we understand the unique challenges that educators face, and we are committed to helping schools create environments where both staff and students can thrive. According to the Teacher Wellbeing Index 2023, over 77% of educators reported experiencing mental health symptoms due to their work. This highlights the urgent need for tailored Education Leadership and Wellbeing Courses that address these challenges head-on, ensuring that staff are supported, resilient, and able to thrive in their roles.

In addition, we are launching an education-specific blog series on 7th October. This series will explore the most pressing issues surrounding staff wellbeing in schools and offer actionable insights for school leaders looking to build healthier, more supportive environments for their teams.

The 4 Pillars of Support:

1. Supportive School Culture
Creating a supportive school culture is crucial for promoting staff wellbeing in schools. Our Education Leadership and Wellbeing Courses equip school leaders with the tools to foster open communication, build strong relationships, and cultivate an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.

2. Work-Life Balance
Striking a balance between professional and personal life is key to improving staff wellbeing in schools. Our courses offer practical strategies to help educators set boundaries, manage time effectively, and ensure their wellbeing is a priority, allowing them to perform at their best.

3. Stress & Anxiety Management
The pressures of teaching can lead to high levels of stress and anxiety, which negatively impact staff wellbeing in schools. Our courses provide tools and techniques for managing stress, fostering resilience, and reducing anxiety, creating a calmer and more focused work environment.

4. Workload & Time Management
Effective workload management plays a major role in supporting staff wellbeing in schools. Our Education Leadership and Wellbeing Courses help educators streamline tasks, focus on high-impact activities, and reduce stress by managing their workload efficiently.

As we embark on this new academic year, we look forward to working with schools to improve staff wellbeing in schools, foster thriving school cultures, and enhance overall performance. Whether you’re seeking support with leadership, workload, or stress management, our Education Leadership and Wellbeing Courses are designed to meet your needs.
